Is there a subscription or payment step?

No. This version is free to use operationally; there is no checkout, billing, or plan-based access.

How does language work?

Administrators can set the default platform language (English or Arabic). Optional user switching can be enabled or disabled in admin settings.

Who can see my candidate profile?

Companies only see you if your profile is public or an admin has granted their company explicit access.
